I found the people there very friendly and receptive. The service was good and I was lucky to get the promotional offer; -an extra pair of specs at a price of Rs.99/-. A nice offer.
The area of specs and contact lenses was lacking a good service and the Indian customer had a raw deal thus far. Now I feel it is a welcome change and hats off to this Reliance Pearle venture. I hope they do reach out to the small towns and smaller metros soon...
